simpleX Workout Tracker values your privacy. It shows no ads, performs no analytics or user tracking, and never sells your data to third parties. The only data we collect is the data you enter for the app to work.
Data we collect
Account details (email, username); profile details (height and weight you enter — BMI is calculated from these); workout data (challenges, plans, sets, reps); progress photos (private to you only) and measurements (private). Your workout data is yours.
Analytics & tracking
simpleX uses no analytics tools, ad networks, or user-tracking technology. It does not monitor your behavior or build a profile of you.
Processing & storage
Your data is hosted on Supabase infrastructure in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany) region.
Sharing
Your data is never sold or shared for marketing. Only within the studio/coach features do the data you share (challenges, plans) become visible to the studio or coach you join. Your measurements and photos are always private and shared with no one.
Your rights (GDPR & KVKK)
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. Using "Delete my account" permanently deletes your account and all associated data.
Data retention
Your data is retained while your account is active and permanently deleted when you delete your account.
Children
simpleX does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 and is not directed at them. If you are under 13, please do not enter any data.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app via Profile → Account → Delete my account, then confirm.
Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time.
