These terms govern your use of simpleX Workout Tracker. By using the app, you accept these terms.
Acceptance
By using the app, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
The service
simpleX Workout Tracker is a tool for building and tracking your own workout program. It does not suggest plans or provide medical or health advice.
Your account
You must provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for your password's security and all activity under your account. You may not use someone else's name, brand, or an inappropriate username. Notify us if you detect a security breach.
Your content
The content you create (custom exercises, challenges, workout data) belongs to you. In the studio/coach features, only the data you share becomes visible.
Your health (important)
Your use of the app is entirely at your own risk. Exercise inherently carries a risk of injury or even death; you accept all known and unknown risks of any exercise you perform or track with this app. If you have an existing health condition, consult a doctor before use. simpleX does not provide medical advice and cannot be held liable for any exercise-related harm, including injury or death.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." It is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, simpleX is not liable for any indirect or direct damages (including data loss, lost profits, or downtime) arising from use of the service. Reasonable effort is made to protect your data, but no guarantee is given.
Intellectual property
The app itself (excluding user content), its design, and its brand belong to simpleX Workout Tracker.
Termination
In case of a breach of these terms, your account may be suspended or terminated. You may close your account anytime via "Delete my account."
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Changes
These terms may be updated; for material changes, reasonable notice will be given.
